Last weekend, we instituted online open houses. Our professionally created video tours take viewers on a journey that lets them explore every room, see every detail, marvel at the views, and imagine their families enjoying life in the neighborhoods of our incredible properties. All of this is done from the safety and comfort of their own homes.
Online Home Searching On the Rise
We’ve seen an uptick in online traffic for our properties. Because people are spending a lot more time in their homes, it seems they are giving serious consideration to trading up to something newer, bigger, or different. They’re also looking to the future. A beautiful waterfront home is the real estate dream of many buyers, and we specialize in the inventory they want to explore.
